  • A: We want you to feel empowered to make decisions that are right for you. Your membership in The Vision Caster's Academy is billed monthly. If within 7 days of billing you wish to cancel your membership, simply email us with the title "Cancel Membership" and we will issue a full refund for the month the request is received, and issue that refund within 7-10 business days of the refund request. Simply send an email to support@rockyourvision.net.

    If your refund request is received 8 days or later after billing, your refund request will be applied to the following billing cycle and you will not be billed for that month. If by some error, you see a charge that is in error based on your refund request, please charge it to our heads and not our hearts. Simply email us at support@rockyourvision.net and we will promptly and in good faith research and address the issue.
